Congrats on living your best day, everyday. I think the walkability and public transport of big cities are fantastic for mobility as you age, as often we have to cease driving. Even my smaller city of Gainesville has a great bus system :) I do miss London's tube though! The most important thing in life, make yourself happy and that’s it! That way you can share your happiness and spread positivity towards people you meet. The most important thing in life, make yourself happy and that’s it! That way you can share your happiness and spread positivity towards people you meet. I just had the great fortune of spending 6 weeks in NYC, and let me tell you, it's a hard life to leave behind. I'm so glad this man appreciates what he has. I think he's enjoying it enough for both of us. A lot of people would not be happy with such simple pleasures. They think happiness means climbing mountains, earning awards, being wealthy.... This guy, though? He has it all figured out. I loved everything about this post! Such a simple way to be happy. We should all be so lucky as to find what makes us this happy and content. His smile and positivity just brightened and made my whole day! I hope more people take his example and enjoy the simple things in. Am I just emotional? This made me choke back tears. Look at his smiling face. Look at the content disposition. I'm so so happy to see a human being enjoying life.

Review When Life Gives You Curves Flaunt Them Sweater
It truly is the little things. He reminds me so much of my father-in-law — a loving person with a zest for life. We lost my father-in-law to a stroke almost 5 years ago, and I cry every time I think of him (yep, I’m crying right now). This is great. I think many people lose sight of what’s really important in life: your health and mobility, and spending time with someone you love. I’m going to postulate that this man’s happiness not only lies in enjoying the simple routines and experiences of lifeand taking things slower, but in the obvious connection he feels to his community. He loves walking and the ritual of riding the same train and going to the same gym and stores and restaurants...and...wait for it...exchanging smiles with strangers which requires eye contact. “You never feel alone” he says. Loneliness has reached epidemic proportions in this country (Vivek Murthy’s words not mine). There are goals here for all of us to strive for but they don’t have to wait till retirement. Put down your phone, take out your ear buds, etc. Exchange a greeting with someone, smile, look around your community, be an active participant in it! I just moved to Toronto and I feel like this, too. I work at 5:30 am and when I get on the bus at 5 am I’m fascinated by how many other people are there already, nurses and fedex delivery people, shift workers.

Everyone just going about their daily lives. Even at 5 am, people will take the time
to say “good morning”. Walking around is amazing, seeing all the different people and a tiny slice of thousands of lives. He looks so happy and content and relaxed... even though he is a stranger, I feel happy for him and applaud his way of looking at things. He is doing everything right. It's the little things that count! Bolsheviks were born from lower class janitors who had to clean the school papers tossed about by adulterated offsprings of the capitalists. You better watch it the next time you toss that shit.
