Food fusion, where did u get those cute frying pan shaped ceramic containers/spoons (have no idea what to call it) that you put your spices in??!! They are so adorable!!!! On my gosh, we had a member of our congregation make these for our fellowship after service. They are wonderful. It is prime season right now, so they are cheaper. Buy a bunch, scoop out and freeze them on a platter. The seal in containers for later. Really i have no idea what keto is but i do know many people pointed out humus isnt allowed! I like avacado and dont need some fad diet to enjoy healthy yummy food but go on sheep telling people to shut up. I just decided to add avocado to my cheese chips. Keto is my

What is your favorite kind of Keto chip? It all depends on the Keto you are following. Some are strick, some aren't, aka Dirty. You don't have to be overweight to enjoy the Keto lifestyle. You dont have to worry about your cholesterol because you are eating Healthy Fats, and moderate portions of Protein. It's so obvious to tell those that aren't part of the Keto World, because they lack the facts to make an even minimal argument. Lol. It’s a fad diet, same as the Atkins diet where people eat meats, fruits, and vegetables. Read a book people. These fad diets don’t work across the board, and most of the people they do work for gain the weight back. It’s real simple, everything in moderation, including exercise. Keto is a lifestyle change, not a diet or fad diet, but Yeah anytime you give something up in your diet to lose weight, and start eating again you’re bound to gain weight back what you lost. The fact that you stated that people eat fruit on a Keto diet shows your limited understanding of Ketogenic diets. Fruit plays a very small part, unless we’re talking avocados. I find moderation very difficult when it comes to certain carbs. A little bit of carbs awakens the carb monster, and then I want more carbs.

1 large ripe avocado
1 tsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. freshly grated Parmesan
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
Kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 325° and line a medium baking sheet with parchment paper. In a medium bowl, mash avocado with a fork until smooth. Stir in lemon juice, Parmesan, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning and season with salt and pepper. Place heaping teaspoon-sized scoops of mixture on baking sheet, leaving about 3” apart between each scoop.
