The fat was completely raw! That wasn’t even rare but really raw! See that even him could not bite it because the raw fibers of the meat are stronger than when cooked!?!
But I think it was fun to see his willingness to cook that stuff for “you.” 2 things:
1– Message to Vegans and Vegetarians, please respect others as you want to be respected.
2– Have anyone noticed the size of the chef’s fingernails?? Certainly a turn off!! Gennaro didn't peel the garlic. I would have thought that the skins were a little too tough. Maybe I am wrong. I am not a chef, just a home cook from scratch.
Lovely dish though. Can we chop up your body, after dragging you down a shed and slitting your throat, so some fat worthless nothing can live instead of you? I do it just like that except I don’t do the herbs and garlic. I like salt and a good amount of freshly ground pepper. I do rub oil on it then season with salt and pepper. I really like the taste of the beef so prefer a simple treatment. This "cook" isn't really one. Who the hell will stick a fork several times into a piece of meat, wich is in cooking progress. Incredible! OOO!!!! Did he just put that cooked steak on top of the board where he prepared the raw steak ????? Cross contamination right there YUK !!!! All stupid vegans who think meat is bad you need to stop eating fruits first because fructose is what you should be aware of. That Steak looks like crap, thats from a old skinny cow or a dairy cow..... You can still make it tender if you cook it right but it's gonna tast like shoe leather. Two things.. never use a fork to flip your steak. Never put cooked product back on cutting board where it sat raw. Also, it’s still mooing. This guy pretends to be an italian chef but he’s not. He lives and works in uk so the things that he cooks are not italian 100% .btw, we all know that italian food in uk has nothing in common with Italy. Jamie, got the money, so I am a going to get sum money for myself, cause in Italia I am a no body, but in England , I a make a lot of a money, because of my friend J amie, Che cazzo, 6 in stronz.... I don't know about the garlic and veal .....hmm...debatable ...also rosemary goes well with lamb but with veal....anyway it certainly did make my mouth water. Ruined. He made so many mistakes with cross contaminating the oil and cutting board. Chopped garlic with the paper on, smoking the oil. You can tell the result was disgusting by that hard chew and uncooked fat slab/connective tissue. Disaster. The thickness of that steak requires a little bit more cooking time, blood oozed out as he too a bite of his 'perfectly medium rare' steak..RAW! The guys not a chef. A bad cook at best. You dont stick a fork in a steak while cooking. It loses it juices. He never let the meat rest. Stupid. Meat is not good marmoriert , in my view is this video on fake , if he it umlegt fine in the middle high , going not at all. This looks great. I agree about the contaminated cutting board. I am seriously considering the negatives of eating meat. For me, once every 3 months or so. I think we are all waking up to the kinds of nutrients that we need for good health and the affect on the environment of our meat based culture. So much to learn! Keep da bloody meat !! Uncook thinking it's better and healthier !! Str8t animals !! Plz pass da Veggies n Greens.. Enjoy da bloody meat !! Ravenous carnivorous ppl.. - to mention the high temp needed, that need a cast iron pan (regular one won't work as well), and don't need oil in the pan,
- might want to while the chopping board,
- shouldn't use a fork to manipulate the steak; tongs are better,
- should let the steak sit for a fairly long time before cutting (I would cook a little less and let sit 10 minutes, tented in foil or a cloth). Glad I’m not the only one that cringed when he put his freshly cooked steak on the board, he had prepared his raw one on. While all of you vegetarians argue, whine and Fortnite Nike Shirt , we meet lovers are going to sit back and enjoy our meal. mmmmmmmmm.
