With this thing, there is issues with where are we going to do it? Who is going to do it? When should we do it? And Why should we when we already have something at a much cheaper rate? And that's the core of the problem, it's the ratio of energy in to energy out and the time and cost to build these things. This will never be done by government. It will be done by architectural designers and corporations trying to make a profit my decreasing long term costs and giving people energy at a consistent price because the ocean will always crash, and the wind will always blow. Just my two cents on why I think it isn't being done. IMO it’s good to keep researching and looking at new ways to create clean energy.
