The dress code listed on the school district's website says students may not wear clothes with offensive languages or images. It also says staff members have the authority to deem any attire unsuitable or disruptive to the educational or cultural climate of the school. Eric P Hodson let me stop you right there. This country was founded on violent protests by WHITES! Starting with the Philadelphia election riots of 1742. Haymarket riots where white protestors threw bombs at cops. You guys got what you wanted but when minorities do it, your offended. Why should we minorities have pride in white revolt but disgust with minority revolt? What makes your causes greater than ours? I'm in NO WAY for revolution but for sure in favor of minorities speaking their minds without fear of retaliation. Tina Cotten thus the tshirt in question does not come under those descriptions. This is BS. the teacher should be made to pay to have the yearbooks reprinted. It's time to let these people know they can't force their believes on other people without some sort of repercussion. Dress code for yearbooks, you know that end of the year keepsake. Dress with some class, keep the political crap out. Time and place for everything.
