If it has bread crumbs on it, it still has gluten, the point of cauliflower crust is to get rid of gluten and carbs.. there is no point to this.. just like the chicken tacos they made for a while at taco bell, it had breading so it was pointless. When I first heard about the tacos I got excited, law carb gluten free tacos, then I saw it was just a marketing gimmick.. still had carbs and gluten, so ate regular tacos with corn shell. I still had carbs but the chicken tacos don't have wheat. this is inspiring. Never thought you could throw meat in the blender (recipe second half of vid). That inspires me most. Home made chicken nuggs, pork nuggs, Philly chessesteak pizza. Oy, could blend meats for pocket fillings.
