I love spicy food but I could never understandchilli eating contests nor people who are clearly pushing it not bcs they enjoy it but to prove how much they can handle...and then they don't. The great part about ultra spicy peppers is the cooking. I dont enjoy eating them raw, but the flavors can really be appreciated when cooked and the spice holds through better, unlike a jalepeno which in my opinion loses its spice when cooked. And that’s not even going into toilet related issues.. I have Trinidad Scorpion pepper sauce daily. It's hot, but obviously tempered with other ingredients. I don't have a whole lot, just a few drops per meal. There is much flavour to be had in raw peppers, but sparingly! Lol.
