If you needed any more proof the cops don’t work got everyday citizens look no further than the court case in 2005 where the Supreme Court ruled that cops have no duty to help people. And surprise surprise the woman in that case that the cops ignored was also a Latina woman. Her three daughters were murdered in 1998 while the cops did nothing and the SCOTUS said the cops had no duty to do anything. Unsurprisingly that was a decision authored by Scalia. So you unfortunately cops don’t have the duty to help people and they have gone to court to argue that more than once. The first thing he asked me was why didn't the police officer do anything? he didn't even respond until that other man started shooing the old guy toward him..then he told the other man to keep back. WHAT?! Blue is just as screwed up as red. They're both terrible. Can't there be a purple? Someone who sees the benefits from both sides? As well as the monstrosities from both sides. What if this man had physically attacked her? The officer had no way of knowing that he wouldn’t. At many times he looked very close to doing so, while the officer just stands there. Protect and serve who? I wish he had attacked her... Not because I would want to see her hurt - I would've loved to see her kick that drunken racist redneck right in the babymaker. I think he was waiting for him to touch her so he could make a more serious arrest rather then write a citation for public disturbance. Protect and serve white people.

The officer only jumped to the white mans assistance when the womans brother tried to defend her. Should I not wear a New Jersey flag shirt because I'm a US citizen? Puerto Rico is a US territory, what the hell is this guy talking about? No, you shouldn't wear a Jersey flag because it's JERSEY Lol. His problem was not her flag. It was the amount of melanin in her skin. He did not like it and the "officer" agreed with him. Oh yeah, it shouldn't matter what flag was on it. But if the guy is gonna be racist, he should at least understand what he's being racist about. Once the community loses faith in their law enforcement anarchy follows ..policing needs community support but they won't get it like this ..police have way too much power and get god complexes.
