Large fresh salad with beans, ant fruit & seeds. I got 1600. I love the people that missed the entire point of this. "I have more respect for my body". Obviously. We all see the profile photo. Just cut the crap. The fact your focusing on calories in the first place shows your not getting it. Calories are the miles per gallon, it's truly about how good of gas your putting in the tank. Anytime someone starts talking calories you should go into Charlie Brown teacher mode til they walk away, "wah wah wah wah wah".....then go find someone who understands true, good, nutrition and get some guidance. It's impossible the earlier meals were okay if you chose the right ones but once you hit those coffee drinks and dinner that's it you'll already be over 2,000 no problem I've tried many combinations it worked the lowest I got was 2,230 calories idk any other combination to try but what this tells me if you eat periodically throughout the day you will be over 2,000 calories easy lmfao cut out the afternoon snack and coffe drink and you'll be okay. Well, of course most of us will go over with a Starbucks drink and snack added. You specifically said "breakfast, lunch, and dinner". Even so, I made it to 2070 calories, so nix the drink and cookie and I'm good! This was fun!
I got 1,495 calories first try! I did have to think about caloric intake NOT fat-which IS important!

I will say this: are there really people who eat out for every single meal? (Not hating I know you could easily call prepackaged stuff eating out...of a box). This was easy as I'm always looking at how many calories is in something if I eat out plus I usually don't eat my whole plate. This comes in handy when road tripping and you really have limited choices on where you can eat. The egg white mcmuffin has 240 calories but if you order it without cheese, then it's 170 calories. You Got: 1,720 calories, which is hard to do while dining out!
But remember: 2,000 calories per day is used only for general nutrition advice. Everyone is different, and calorie needs vary depending upon your age, gender, and physical activity level.
Not that hard when you can't stand fast food (it makes me sick) and you're used to eating healthy. I've got know idea as I don't eat from any of these places. Don't eat processed crap. I cook everything from scratch. Better if you're eating out to go to an independent place. Usually get better service and better food. 1860... would like to be able to skip the snacks part and coffee though.

I enjoy a<!--td {border: 1px solid #ccc;}br {mso-data-placement:same-cell;}-->Charlie Brown Supreme Shirt of black coffee in the morning and another after work, but that's it - and especially not "coffee" with a name that I can't even pronounce right. I got 1450, and you had to choose a snack. I think if I could have eliminated that-I would've been at 1200 which is good if you are watching your intake and you absolutely need to eat out for the entire day. I got 1740 - Someone else said it, it's about what you would pick if these were your only choices NOT that this is what you would choose to eat if you had the choice to pick anything. Make smart decisions no matter what the situation. 1968 calories, but I honestly wouldn't eat that many as I've been watching mine. I've got an awesome app on my phone that let's me look at the calorie count for foods at different restaurants and has most that are around me. Just eat whatever you want,& don't count calories...Be happy & enjoy life, cause life is too short... I know people including myself, were always in the gym & eating right. And either get sick or just die..So don't worry so much about what ypu eat, cause when its your turn to go your gone.No matter how healthy you ate & if you lived in the gym.... That's just my opinion... I got 1530. That's with coffee snack and all. I agree Kirsten Littlewood I wouldn't eat all of those things either, but it's good to know that I can make healthy choices and that's really what this quiz is about. Some of those options are ridiculous. I don't eat breakfast lunch and dinner . So snack and drink are out of the question.

I have breakfast dinner and a<!--td {border: 1px solid #ccc;}br {mso-data-placement:same-cell;}-->Logic Rick And Morty Shirt with skim and stevia. Of course I can....I eat about 1400 calories a day. 2000 is not for everyone, and it is short-sighted to push it on everyone, same as 10 glasses of water a day. We're not all the same size or activity level. Cookie cutter diets are ignorant. Got 1910 but I don't like the order of the meals. They show the bigger meals as dinner and smaller as breakfast when it should be the opposite. Your meal size should get smaller throughout the day not larger. I got 1450 calories. Been watching my caloriesfor the past 3 months. I think I did pretty good! Tried to stay away from Burger King, Wendy's, and taco bell. 1640. I think it's interesting how many "healthy" options end up PACKED with calories when made at restaurants. I wish calorie counts were available on more menus. I took it twice. The first time I chose things I thought would be low calorie and ended up being over 2300, then I chose what I'd really get and was a little over 2200. This isn't fair, I would never eat any of that stuff. You didn't have any options for vegan/vegetarians (I'm vegan) so I wouldn't have had any of that. No prob... ok problem BK has really good sandwiches and onion rings. So as long as I can stick to my fast food diet of eating garbage food once a day I should be able to maintain my manly physique. By manly I mean larger than a small car with an exhaust leak and bald tires. Well this was definitely sponsored by Starbucks haha! Hey also friendly reminder : 2000 calories a day is the general recommended amount of calories. Eating too little of calories will put your body into starvation mode (where it stores more fat) and cause you to binge eventually. Make sure you are eating enough calories for your brain and body. Doctors and pop diet fads often suggest too little calories, but there are online calculators (like myfitnesspal) that will tell you how many calories you need based off of height, weight, and gender. I went over because I didn't know I had to pick a snack and a drink. The headline says you only have to choose breakfast lunch and dinner. I always get an iced latte from Starbucks, but not a venti, and unsweetened with coconut milk.

Also, too many carb loaded choices. I ended up at 2100 calories which is really not that bad considering all the yummy food on the menu. If I skipped the pretzel I would be under 2000. I went 20 over and I'm actually okay with that because I'm a growing<!--td {border: 1px solid #ccc;}br {mso-data-placement:same-cell;}-->Walmart Rope Tree Journalist T Shirt  and if I'm doing physical activities all day then I'm gonna eat a bit more because I need to replenish the salts and sugars that I may have sweated out. So I'm okay with going just a little bit over, because it does depend on size, age, weight etc. Well there was not much I liked on the dinner menu. I don't drink Starbucks that often (only around Christmas because of all the gift cards). Why tf do I have to have a drink and a snack? Why can't I order WATER AND FRUIT. And I wouldn't eat like half of these anyway. I literally eat salad, pasta, and oatmeal. Being vegetarian cuts like 70% of the calories from all of these meals.
