It takes weight, engine performance curves and frontal aerodynamics into account to make complete different cars competitive. Hi Maurice, I know it. But ACO changes it almost every race. BoP must be set before the start of the championship and not during it. Last year Aston Martin was an F-16 with a very old car thanks to BoP. Thanks to BoP, I can present myself with a Porsche 993 GT2 and to be sure to be competitive. I don't put in doubt the BoP system, I put in doubt the crazy use that ACO do of it. For that I fully agree Gabriele Sbrana. First there should be minimal specs a car should comply to and then they should do a BoP before the championship indeed.
