atmospheric. There would need to be a resistance to the volumetric change in order to cause a
pressure change. As long as the surface of balloon isnt taught the pressure would be very similar
to atmospheric. This is more of steady state equation. Not dynamic. This is the same way is
transport the GLN. The liquefaction is use to be able to transport more gas in small tanker. That
