But I hear you - 9 titles are certainly not the be-all and end-all off MotoGP! Agostini is the real goat in terms of titles but the minions fabricated some other T’s & C’s around the goat saga... Even Marquez will not beat Ago’s 15 titles, that’s huge, but bare in mind that 1 rider could ride in more than 1 class at the same time back then therefore any rider that wants to match 15 titles in this day & age will have to race for at least 20 years with an 80% success rate - that is virtually impossible, the competition is way too tight at the top... Once a rider reaches his 30’s he starts losing that edge that the youngsters have, they may remain competitive but they just won’t win titles anymore, well not easily.... Marquez has 5-7 years left in his “prime” to carry on handing the goat’s ass to him, thereafter it becomes more difficult.... My point is - you cannot really compare today with last decade and the previous decade. The competition is way tighter now and the bikes & tyres are more regulated therefore much more similar... But who knows, we never thought a youngster would come around and become the youngest MotoGP World Champion ever, not to mention 4 out of 5 Premier class titles and counting... There could be another youngster on his way to beat that even, who knows.... Marc only needs three more Premier class to equal Rossi, I agree he's going to be hard pushed to get near ago titles, however he could beat his Premier class number of titles of 8, one more than Rossi just in case people wasn't aware😉
I also agree it's difficult to compare generations.
But like a lot of people say are similar with Rossi and Ago is they always in general had the best bike and team. Paul Minnaar bro those were rider prespective days where rossi had an advantage.. but now is the era of limitations and stadardization so whoever is leading the pack is considered as the best.marquaz dont have any individual adventages like rossi. Bottom line, if ANY rider is to be considered a GOAT, they need to have won and dominated on at least 2 different factory bikes. Can't say "the best of all time" 'cause a lot of the riding was sloppy. But I definitely think it's somewhere up there among the best races of all time, with the 2015 Australian GP being undoubtedly the best. Yeah , very good comment.

2015 with Márquez vs Lorenzo in the last lap in Australia with vale and dovi,or Ianonne,i can't remember. I’d switch sloppy to right on the edge. I saw v few mistakes and almost no one down. I get the bumping looks sloppy, but this wasn’t some maniac riding through the pack 2 secs a lap quicker than the rest, this was chariot racing!! Side note: Just a shout out to the Australian MotoGP organisers. Man they know how to put a show on for the motogp weekend. Races galore and jam packed full of action. I’ve been to Mugello, Catalunya and Sachsenring and all you get apart from the main races is the safety car. Assen would be just awesome to go to next. Bender Gregory yeah mate but I was just at Mugello and the atmosphere was off the chain!!! Phillip island is ok but not on the same level. Mike Broadbent I never said I was a Rossi fan equally Pedrosa, and other riders but M.M sorry, and you can tell M.M fans, there are still trying to master the English language because their mouths are like garbage cans full of . John Dunweg unfortunately if you never realized ; Motorsport is a contact sport! Consider tennis if you like no contact...? Marc fans is actually very well informed by supporting the best racer this planet have ever seen!! True genius if you as me! Enjoy the no contact sport at the tennis court though. Im a Rossi Fan but that race was testament to all of them. It was an epic battle with all of them deserving the accolades. The fastest 8 men on two wheels going at it. Marquez won because he played the right game his strategy was perfect and to pull the pin with 5 Lebron James Ultimate Warrior T Shirt to go after that battle was truely amazing. Hard to push others out of the way when none are fast enough to actually stay in front of you.
MM93 is clearly the best of a very talented crop of riders . He strugling from 1st position against lorenzo to second and then to 4th after got beat by rins and dovi and then to second after get rins and dovi and then to third after clash with vinales and then go again to second place after dovi and rossi clash, and then beat rins again and 4 laps left. And marquez trying to make a No One Is Illegal On Stolen Land Shirt. There is fight left between rins and vinales.. what a race 1marc 2rins 3vinales..... Finished.. Did you watch the fucking race? As a rossi fan I think marquez is amazing!! He always makes the race a battle and its always fun. I bet you'd like to see lorenzo win time trial style week in week out. Nop not even close. Laguna 08 was only good for a few laps until Casey ran off, then Rossi ran away with it for the final 10 laps or so. Absolutely NOT the best race ever. Anyone whos says that is 20 or younger - have no idea. For me Phillip Island 2001 or 2004. Almost every race at Assen is great.
